Shipping, returns and refunds

What to expect once you have ordered, and what to do if you want to send something back.

Shipping

  • Orders over ₹1,999.00 ship free. Anything below that ships for a flat ₹99.00.
  • We aim to dispatch within 48 hours of confirming your order on WhatsApp.
  • We will share tracking details on WhatsApp once your order ships.
  • The final amount, including any taxes and shipping, is confirmed on WhatsApp before you pay.

Returns

You can return an item within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it is unworn, unwashed and has its tags on. Items that are worn, washed, altered or missing their tags cannot be accepted.

To start a return, message us on WhatsApp with your order details and a photo of the item. We will tell you how to send it back.

Refunds

Once we have received and checked a returned item, we refund its price. The refund goes back the way you paid, and we will tell you on WhatsApp when it has been sent.

Wrong, damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, tell us on WhatsApp as soon as you notice, with photos. We will arrange a replacement or a refund. For these cases we cover the return shipping.
